ODM · Adapt an existing direction
Discuss a current product reference with changes to dimensions, color, finish, branding or attachment. Confirm which changes can use an existing construction and which require tooling or process review.
Develop apparel trim projects from a clear application brief, then confirm sample scope, tooling and commercial terms for the exact product.
FROM FIRST BRIEF TO SAMPLE REVIEW
Send a garment sketch, physical reference, annotated photo or existing component. Include garment type and placement, attachment method, target dimensions, material preference, color and expected order quantity. If production-critical details are missing, list the open questions before sample work begins.

OEM / ODM ROUTES
Discuss a current product reference with changes to dimensions, color, finish, branding or attachment. Confirm which changes can use an existing construction and which require tooling or process review.
Provide drawings, artwork, material requirements and critical dimensions for a made-to-brief project. Tooling scope, ownership, cost, MOQ and sample plan must be quoted and agreed before work starts.
SAMPLE STAGES
Use a marked-up drawing, color reference or digital mock-up to discuss direction. A digital preview does not replace a physical sample where fit, attachment or material behavior must be checked.
Review construction, proportions, material and attachment on a sample. Record each revision clearly and keep the sample ID or revision date with feedback.
Confirm final reference, color/finish, dimensions, packing and acceptance points in writing before bulk production. Sample timing and charges are quoted after scope review.
